Brendiona's Journal, 30 June 2009

I know I haven't been on in a while. Don't hurt me. *hides behind computer screen* I got on the other day and was just flipping through when I saw that I had joined the 10 pounds in a month challenge and was all 'well I lost the ten pounds it just came back' lol. And I weighed in. I've been exercising more then normal lately(I usually just walk for about an hour) And I realized that...something might be wrong here. Sunday I woke up and weighed 177 first thing in the morning. I was upset yes and I think I might have exercised too much the last few days. I'm not saying I've strained any muscles I have that soreness that you get from starting a new routine. But that's not the problem. The problem is it's Tuesday and my scale(I know I shouldn't have got on it but I was curious.) Says that I'm 172. And that was after I had two cups of water. I was 175 yesterday. Thats three pounds in a day. And yes I have been eating. I had a hamburger yesterday, and god knows how much cookies and ice cream! I want to say I'm happy that I've lost five pounds in two days by eating and exercising but...I'm not gonna lie here I don't think one is made to lose that much weight in such a little time. I mean most have trouble losing 2 pounds a week. I know I'm one of them. Should I just keep exercising or what? I mean I don't want to gain it back. I can't think of any reason for it. I've been drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day if not more. I'm not on any medication nor am I taking any pills other then a vitamin. I would blame that but i've been on them for over a week and doubt that I've just suddenly dropped the weight now. What do you guys think?

My weight moves up in down from day to day. I mean it could be anything from water to, not to sound gross, a big bowel movement. I would just keep on exercising the way you are. Blessed Be Mark
