Anxious to try an eating plan that is more suited to my likings...I love nuts, fruits and vegetables and saw that those are on the 'favorable' level. Starving myself for these past two days was NOT a good idea...

Starving yourself never works. Have you ever consider a low car high fat plan. Ive been doing it for 10 days and havent felt hungry yet. Jodie, I've done no carbs before and it's boring...who doesn't love cheese and eggs and meat...but after three days or so, I'm out of my mind!

Fair enough. I dont eat carbs at dinner anyway so that parts easy. Breakfast has been the hardest
