Went on all incusive holiday from last sat to this sunday. Food went really well. wasnt dieting or over eating but just enjoyed my food and didnt obsess about anything. felt amazing.
First day back at work yesterday - my midday SO bored and depressed gave in to cravings and just ate way too much yesterday - totally used food. Scary how quick it can happen,.
Determined to have a clean day today and get back on track. So back on here to track what im eating too :)

I'm glad you had a nice holiday. A lot of people eat out of habit and out of boredom, just find something else to do when that happens. Keeping busy always helps me. I am doing great, maintaining my weight :-)

Sounds like it was only a little slip. So well done. I'm logging everything I eat. It is the only way for me to stay on track. Determined to lose another 8-10 lbs sooner rather than later. In a good frame of mind to do it too. Good luck.
