Have not been here for a while - it always seems to happen that I get side tracked and concentrate on anything but me - working nights does not help as I work 12hr shifts and eat because someone has been so rude/nasty or I'm bored - The three saving graces in my life are my two dogs and a very laid back partner who has put up with my constant yoyo diets for years - This site helps - I can come and go as I please and no-one makes me feel guilty if I have a cake or don't walk as far with my dogs as maybe they would like Going on holiday with our caravan for the next 2 weeks and I usually loose pounds because we walk miles every day so hoping I will come back full of motivation As was once said "I will be back"
