So today is my last day here in Cali! I am not going away forever...going to Idaho to help out with my grandpa and step grandma who has dementia. My grandpa has a cancerous tumor on his kidney and he goes in for surgery on the 11th so me, my mom and my youngest daughter are flying up there to help him out and such. They are just going to completely remove the kidney. Hopefully it will be a somewhat relaxing break from the stress here lol! The great thing about it as well is that it SHOULD help me with my eating. I won't have access to just snacking whenever I want and they eat more on a schedule so it should help me out a lot.

So I won't be able to really journal while there since I am unsure if they have wifi. If they do, then I should be able to...if not, then I will just be logging food and exercise. So yeah...guess I am going to go and make sure I have everything needed for this trip.
