Ended up doing OK over the holiday weekend. Sampled from the "state fair food" moderately, avoiding the heavily fat or sugar-loaded items (Mexican food, pizza, ice cream). Down about 2 pounds over Memorial Day. I can deal with that.
179.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
