A few days ago I weighed 206, after working out. So, I must weigh at least 207. I feel overweight, and want to decrease my size quickly. I know my current weight is unhealthy.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
