I am officially off Raw Til 4 and very happily returning to my cooked vegan meals. After the night I had all I can say is "yeesh!"

My blood sugar is just now starting to lower thanks to my trusty oatmeal, but I did suffer most of the afternoon and evening with high blood sugar. The pressure in my head, the dizzy spells, that constant ringing in my ears is decreasing. Now, I have a mild headache, but I can deal with it.

I researched my problems while on Raw Til 4 and found a FAQ that talked about what I was experiencing. Basically, with my issues I should transition slowly into Raw Til 4 and slowly introduce the sweeter fruits. Funny that I couldn't find that info when I was so enthusiastic about trying out the challenge.

In other news, I got the job!!!!!! I got the job, and due to their benefits I got more than the salary I desired. I can do so much now, this is a huge blessing. I can't wait to start. Conveniently, I have my annual review today in a few minutes. I'll hand over my two-week notice when it's over.

Okay, got a lot of work to do before I wrap up with my employer of the last 8.5 years. Toodles!
