It's been a long time since I've really committed to being accountable here on FatSecret. I'm excited to begin logging my intake again and lose some of the weight i've gained over the last couple of years. I think i've been cycling from restricting to binging way too long. This is the first step in my 'no diet' approach where I'm focusing on nutrition and body image and not just weight.

The start of a long, hard, but really important journey to wellness.
