almost back to my before weigh which is hard as i rember working so hard to get rid of it and now it seems like an impossible mountain.
Im taking the right steps - back to the gym, cutting carbs, fast foods, fizzr drinks and refined sugars and alot of meat and alcohol.
Need to stick by the above for the next 30 days and i know i will have lost a good amount of weight, be tonned and feel much closer to my happy self. xxo
