I started this diet on Jan. 10th. Between then and Jan. 20th, I lost 5 pounds. I have stuck to the diet just as well as before, but have not lost a single pound since Jan. 20th. It has been 14 days with no weight loss. I am beginning to get discouraged because I am hungry all the time and it is taking a lot of time to prepare healthy foods and eat less.

keep with it! you can do it! Remember to drink a lot of water as it is sometimes the case our bodies are thirsty but our mind reads it as hungry.

How is your water intake? Maybe you should try drinking one to two glasses of water before meals and or between meals. I just started so not sure what progress I will make but have determined that I'm not drinking enough water based on my weight. I have been drinking 4 to 6 16oz bottles of water and thought that was a lot but from what I read earlier it's not. Don't give up, things will balance out.
