Note to SELF....Well you DID it!! A holiday weekend and you stayed on plan!! You did really good with your eating and did some exercise every day. Really enjoying the water aerobics - so keep it up! New challenge started today - 30 pounds by Labor Day. You Can do It!! Just think - if you stay on plan and with the program...you will be down 60 pounds by your 49th birthday!! YOU CAN DO IT AND YOU WILL!!
