I had checked out for my birthday and the holidays so now I'm back to get working on these last 19 stubborn pounds. The good news is that I managed to pretty well maintain my weight even with a Vegas trip, weekend in Palm Springs, Thanksgiving and then all the holiday parties right through New Year's Day. So I'm really happy about that. But you forget how easy it is to stop tracking your food and how much work it takes to accurately do it. Maybe that's why tracking your food is such a good tool for our weight loss journey - it's such a pain in the neck that you eat less and less!

None the less, I'm back and excited to finish this part of the journey.
