New birthday challenge: weigh in on my birthday eve as a bday present....1*week yoga, 1*week weights, 3*week walking/jog, swim if possible, participate in marathons/outdoor activities :)...eating: 1 week banting next week normal ...less processed foods esp kfc dunked wings! lol

Hi There wow, 11 kgs lost. You have done excellent- Any tips on weightloss- I am trying to lose approx 5-8 kgs and I am battling.....

Thanks Snez...Jasmitha, sometimes you have to take a bold, dramtic step in order to break the downward spiral - give yourself a short, enormous challenge to test yourself...it is not a fad diet - it is a lesson ....teaching you how little food you can live without and how much exercise you can incorporate into your life if you want to (or split the eating and exercise challenge if too enormous)....this sounds daunting but believe me once you concur the 'worse case scenario' - portion control and normal exercise will become a walk in the park....amp yourself up and most importantly enjoy the journey; the results are just a bonus - Snezica up here has had the most impressive mental transformation I have ever seen ....and as my p.p says....it's a mental challenge not a physical one ;) ....best of luck!
