Fourth quarter of the Super Bowl, and I've found that I just can't eat as much as I think I can. I made great dips, pizza, and drinks, but my only real cheat was pizza.

Now, after having a Prilosec and an apple for dinner, I hope to feel better before bed.

I guess I'm just not used to these types of foods anymore... feel bloated and gross. Blech

LOL - I agree! when I eat clean, it really impacts me when I have even a small "cheat"

Hey, that's a good sign!! I've cut down on how much food I eat at a meal also, and sometimes I just eat 2 meals per day. Kinda strange, but good at the same time
