I cant add my dinner I know I ate what I shouldn't have being super bowl Sunday. I will start again tomorrow. I really feel bad that I didn't have the willpower to resist. Though I didn't eat a lot just tried this and that and I have no idea what the calories would have been.

Not to worry! I think everyone is in the same boat, from what I can read here in the community. After all it's the Supper Bowl, right?

How right you are Ann. I am back on track today and plan to stay there. The gym was a real killer though.
