I've had a small steady loss going for the past few days now.May have a few extra calories tonight but only in the way of protein and fat.It would be very easy to make an excuse for a cheat day but that's not going to happen.I'm hitting my goal before summer :)
250.9 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
