Weight has been at a standstill the last few days. I knew this was coming but still not easy. Frustration is setting in. I need to forge ahead and not let it take hold!
180.6 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
