Did not make 10000 steps, only about 8600. Ended up feeling sick and leaving work early. Feeling better this morning (yeah!), so am planning on walking to a friend's house this morning. We will head out with coffee to the homeless this morning instead of the gym.
184.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
