I didn't eat as well as I thought yesterday. Too many crackers. Will DO BETTER today. Going out for supper and will have salad and protein. I changed my calorie goal to lower than it was. This will help me keep it where I think it should be and not for Adkins since I'm NOT DOING Adkins.
