I hope your weekend is going well. I have a question. Some mornings I am not that hungry and I have to force myself to eat the amount that I am supposed to. Is there anything I can do about that? Also, I think that the fiber supplement is making me constipated. I tried taking it all at once in the morning and then separating it where I took 3 in the morning and then two later on. I did eliminate everyday, but it was not good. I would feel the sensation, but nothing would come out for a long time. Any suggestions?
