I started reading the Fast Metabolism Diet today. Thanks to Sandy, I'm hooked on the idea, need to get to the food part, to see what I will need to start. I also have the fixins for a WW soup receive that is likely not part of this program, will fix it tomorrow to have over the weekend. I think I can do this for 28 days, especially if, as the author says, I will feel the differences rather quickly. I have continued going to the gym, have even coaxed my husband to join me. Tomorrow I might try a yoga class. I could surely use the stretching. Will walk first though, need the cardio. Looking forward to a fun Super Bowl Sunday. Love to watch football and the commercials are always interesting and fun. Hope you all have a fantastic weekend. Be safe and healthy!

Oh boy! I have someone to "phase it" out with me. You will absolutely LOVE not having to count points, calories, or carbs. That is one of the things that I liked right away about the plan. I have a learning cd on yoga. It is just enough for me right now and I can't bend like she does, so it's still a challenge. I like changing exercises for each phase. Keeps it interesting. I love watching the commercials on super bowl Sunday, too. I am not into the sport, though. My son and hubby keep me up with who is winning. LOL!
