I started this journey on October 7, 2014 at 190 pounds. I haven't been very faithful about recording my calorie intake, exercise, etc., even though I have been keeping track, but to bring this up to date, I'm now at 168 and holding. I would like to lose another 8 pounds but try as I may I can't seem to get below 168. According to this web site I should be eating 1900 calories per day and losing one pound per week. I rarely have over 1000 calories per day but can't seem to get beyond the plateau.
