J9 Clark's Journal, 30 January 2015

A bit disappointed in this - however having said that I've not been inputting anything into my food or exercise journal this week because we've been really busy trying to get a retaining wall up in the garden (YES in this weather)!

So although I haven't wrote it down I do feel like I've tried to be careful and I've done quite a lot of manual work too - I feel as though my clothes are more loose - strange & stranger (maybe I'm stretching them)!!

Ohhh well onwards and upwards - must record everything from Monday!!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hi! Yes - I think it gets harder the more we lose the harder it is to loose more especially those last few pounds!! I've pumped the tyres of my bike up this weekend and I'm going to start cycling instead of driving if I'm doing something locally! Janine xx

the bike is definitely a good way to go, although even with my new Gel seat cover I still got a sore bum lol
