I had a great work out this morning chest and back. Great struggle, good burn. I have been paying a bit more attention to my midsection with my gains I have lost my 6 pack and have been searching for them often.

Oh and I have given up on a weight an actual number goal. When I was 130 I thought I wouldn't be skinny at 145 and than it was 155, 160, 170, 180 and still most refer to me as skinny. So now I am looking for a certain look. I want to look like a guy that spends time in the gym..
