Well, today is the 1st day of Cycle 2 of the 17 Day Diet, with 9 down and 71 to go - Yesterday was the Smoothie Day - all liquid. It is working I think. It will be pleasant to be able to eat a few more choices. So on February 15, I will have completed Cycle 2 and hopefully have lost a few more lbs.
