Been doing Nutrisystem since December. It seems to be working. I'm a busy working Mom, so the grab-n-go aspect of the diet works for me. Now that I'm down about 18lbs. people are starting to notice. And whole sections of my wardrobe are open again to me. Clothes are fitting better than ever. I want to stay the course and lose another 30 lbs so that I can get into a healthy BMI. I have not been below 150lbs since before my second son was born 12 years ago. So I know that this weight loss will be slow going, I just need to stay the course. I'm just glad that I'm already reaping the benefits of loosing weight so far.
