And as we approach the weekend, if weekends tend to easier for you to stay on your eating plan...be thankful. If weekends are more difficult for you, begin to mentally "gear up" today, plan your food choices and resolve to stick to your plan. Either way, let us all eat everything we eat mindfully...and please remember...this journey is a process. Thanks again for your VALUABLE support! And have Fri. thru Sun. filled with healthy choices :)

Seems like a landslide....weekends are my toughest time as well. Always a lot of activities going on, on the go from one event to another. Planning is the key though.
