When I went for a walk today I could feel my shirt and pants were both quite a bit looser. And I did a solid hour's walk all at once - I've done an hour's walking in a day before, but in bits and pieces here and there. So I think I must be a bit fitter (and the weather's better). And my physio exercises don't hurt today, they're just uncomfortable, so feels like progress has been made there as well. Also noticed how much easier household tasks are, so injury healing nicely.
