no excercise at all and junk food are taking their toll on my weight and health issues are starting to surface.... anyone else struggling with getting rid of old bad habits?
350.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.4 lb a week

I'm not sure if this will work for you but I read in a magazine that this person used I "swear jar" concept for exercising. So basically she would put in $5 every time she didn't work out. Her goal was to work out at least 3x a week and eventually settle on 5x a week. It has worked for me, I have struggled to exercise regularly. I have exercised for the past two weeks, 5x a week.
