NatashaChiara's Journal, 29 January 2015

I kinda figured the 215 wouldn't hold up for today. I worked out really well last night but I think that the vitamins I'm taking instead of yesterday's food intake are making my system stand still. I'm not worried I think I just need a different vitamin.

Someone, and for the life of me I can't remember who, sorry, posted a link for this article recently, it talks about the weight loss plateau myth and the muscle weighing more than fat myth, it makes so much simple sense. In that article was a link to this article that talks about caloric deficit. After reading it I paid extra attention to logging and weighing food as well as calories burned. I'm pretty sure that is where yesterday's 215 came from. So I think today's pound came from either losing that caloric deficit or the dumb vitamin stopping up my system, I'm betting on the vitamin. Last night was the first I had taken in four days, those four days without I dropped weight. We'll see tomorrow because I'm not taking them anymore.
