Today is a positive day despite some drama that occurred last night. There is a lot of realizations and self reflections going on with me and while some of it, I don't like facing...it is helping me out greatly. I am doing my best to keep my anxiety under control, meditation has been a great help for this. It's starting to get warm so I am planing on trying to meditate outside in the mornings. :)

It...kind of weird but I usually get pretty down when everything in life is at this point but this time, it just feels different. I am not sure why but it is. I won't complain though because seeing that silver lining is always uplifting. Well...off to get things done! :D

Daily Summary
*Focus T25: Cardio was a blast today! I pushed hard and am proud of myself for making it through it with not as many breaks. Plus...some of the moves, I no longer have to modify though others I have to because otherwise the impact to my knees is killer. Overall, I am pretty proud of myself. I can't wait for kettlebells tonight! :D

Plank: 20 second plank. Another 'I killed it' day. :)
I am going to slowly increase the time. I have found that I can go up to the 40 second mark and while I am still shaky, I can hold out. Anything above that is extremely hard so I am thinking that when I get to that point, I will put my knees down. I don't want to...but I know that it will still build up the core strength.

Kettlebell: Whew! Kettlebell always kicks my butt! But I definitely feel myself getting stronger. Instead of using my 5 lb Kettlebell, I am now using my 10 lb. What I like is that I can feel this in my back which needs to be strengthened. I am being careful though. :)
