haven't had time to post here much but sticking pretty well to the diet, mostly cutting out eating after supper, and am eating the oatmeal in the mornings as it keep me full most of the day.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
