I'm really in the swim of it now (not my usual hit and miss). Committed, getting results, also outside walking the dogs daily; Calorie count diet 1500 daily, give or take. I'm actually enjoying this. It is unusual for me to spend so much time just on ME; wake up: I'm worth it! Happy Memorial Weekend to everyone.
