Down a little, up a little. I have to admit, I have not gotten as much exercise this week as I would have liked to. I have started looking at treadmills to purchase which will help with this. Hopefully in the next month I can buy one.
163.8 lb Lost so far: 55.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, the two that I am looking at are smaller, not much on the bells and whistles but can fit in my house. Also they can be folded up when not in use. In searching for one there are a lot out there, ranging in price, it's amazing.
