Not too bad. Sometimes not sure exactly how many carbs I have had for the day.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week

that is why you must use the tools of putting in your food in the diary. it is soooooooo important on soooooooooo many levels.
