Well 215.... finally!

We'll see if it holds for tomorrow. I didn't make dinner so I had to seriously estimate on some of what I consumed ingredient wise. I was able to weigh most of what I ate but pasta still confuses the heck out of me, to the point where I would happily give it up if I didn't have to figure out dry to cooked equivalents. I went to my fitness class today but Zumba Sentao was canceled so I'll just do thirty minutes of hooping and bike, hopefully that will cover it, after dinner though I doubt it. Aside from this it was a slightly stressful day. I don't think I'm an emotional eater usually when I get really stressed I stop eating altogether. I am, however, one of those people that sleeps stress away, so I got a good nap in today.

Time to set my new goal. Another 5 pounds here I come!
