I didn't eat healthy today and I am consuming way too many calories! I will keep going and trying to develop good habits. Baby steps! I also did not exercise again. I know I need to just do it even if I don't feel like it. I can do this!

yes you can ...I felt the same way today but pushed myself to do the treadmill and I'm with you with the better way of eating I need to learn to do the same I'm taking baby steps also and yes WE can do this and we will :)
