Today has so far been met with positivity and excitement! Now I know I didn't workout yesterday but that was because I ended up in the car for most of the day. I wasn't happy about that but it is what it is. So today, I just going to do it! I woke up early enough and should be able to get everything done! Yay for this motivation! While things suck in the real world, and my anxiety is still fairly high because of such suckage, I am doing my best to meet it all with open arms and positivity. I will kill the suckage...WITH KINDNESS! Lol!

So sorry...I am not sure if you can tell but I am in a fairly weird mood...a wonderful mood...but weird nonetheless lol!

Daily Summary
*Focus T25: I did Speed 1.0 and man...it kicked my butt. It was a good workout though and felt great to be back into it again. Now I just need to make sure to keep up this momentum...and weird mood lol!

Plank: 20 sec plank and I KILLED it! :D
I know my form was spot on and could feel all my muscles working hard to hold it. Pretty proud of that tight feeling I got all in my core.

Yoga: It was hard for me to get through this workout mainly because I was upset. It helped me calm down but didn't really improve that sadness.
