Always glad to see a drop (of any kind). Didn't have time to cut up my veggies for lunch before work today. So, this sounds like the perfect opportunity to go get some fast food right? Well, I'm not gonna. Too much work shedding these pounds. Definitely not worth the calories, fat, heartburn, hurting belly, and guilt it will leave me with. Gonna tear up my stashed pouches of tuna and snack sized dills though!
228.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 58.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1167 kcal Fat: 63.65g | Prot: 59.68g | Carb: 112.72g.   Breakfast: Spinach, Hawaiian Punch Sugar Free Singles To Go, Coffee, Egg. Lunch: Mt. The race to work always seems to cut into prepping lunches in the morning (today would be that day). My answer for this is the bowl of fruit (apples, bananas, small containers of blackberries & raspberries) -- grab & go.

Yeah, I normally fix the entire weeks worth of lunches on Monday but I didn't get home until late and again yesterday. TODAY, I WILL prepare lunch for tomorrow and Friday, lol.
