ive been pushing myself. As of tomarrow it'll be exactly one week that i started exercising and ive only missed one day very proud of myself doing mostly strength to start with the once i start getting close to my goal ill start my toning hopefully itll be warm out by then.
219.8 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
