Small fluctuation today....

Still maintaining my calories at logged about 1000 leaving me a decent buffer, net carbs still under 20. Intermittent fasting around 17 hours.
119.3 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
