feeling annoyed tonite.. not sure why but i couldn't decide on what to eat for dinner and i was really really craving fish but breaded and I cant have long john silver on Atkins. And I'm annoyed bc when I was about take a shower and I took off my clothes I realized how fat i am.. and it pissed me off. I don't know why bc if you look at my previous post I'm pretty positive and outgoing and take the good with the bad but tonite I just don't want to deal with it. I've decided its stress and crankiness and I just need a good nites sleep and Ill be over it. I decided on a bun-less burger for supper and it was really really good and it feels like it calmed the beast I had inside and my husband said it looked really tasty. I don't even know if there is a point to this post other than I need to lay it out here and bury it and move on.. yes, i need to diet and yes I am overweight but I have no one to blame but myself and no use crying over spilt milk.. right.. Ok rant over.. have a nice night every one.. tomorrow is a new day and a new me!

You did great! You made the right choice so CELEBRATE! Go ahead and rant...we all do it! One thing that I keep on hand for those wall-crawling cravings is cream cheese and scottish thin sliced smoked salmon. Not sure if you like that, but it seems to set me straight because it is so rich. Plus, it is mostly fat, so you can go ahead with your planned meal. The easy key to making decisions is to plan the next days meals ahead of time. Good luck!
