Well Im gunna give this a shot !!! Ive joined a gym about 3 weeks ago and no results . But thats partially my fault for the things I eat. Let me say this I was 345 lbs one time in my life I lost 100Lbs and have no forsaken idea on how it did it. Then with a change of partner I went from 245 to 228. I was amazed and looking good. Now married and a child later I am back at 287 and it makes me miserably sad. I hare the way I look and I am so discouraged. Its like food calls to me and I just give in. BUt thats not to say that i am not willing to at least try.

You got this yes I know easier said then done. I struggle with weight due to being a emotional eater. Good luck on your journey.

There's a saying. Weight loss is about 80% diet and 20% exercise. Exercise is important. But getting your diet under control is where you will see the weight loss. Check out a book on amazon called "Becks Diet Solution". It talks about ways of changing the way you think about food. Go to Pinterest.com and type in "fitness motivation or inspiration". They have great quotes, recipes, pics, etc. It always gets me moving. Put the scale in front of the fridge. Make an inspiration board (you can do it on pinterest) or get a cork board from walmart and put things on it that inspire you. You CAN do this! Baby steps!
