Slowly fighting this fat battle one pound at a time. I don't record much of anything and I don't make many journal entries either. I do however try everyday to make a choice that is just a little better than the one I made yesterday, I know that's not everyone's approach but that's all I got right now. I have almost lost 30 pounds and I can't even believe it! It's a struggle but I'm trying so hard to love me. That's all this is about for me. Just loving me.....I wish everyone the same. Great work. Slow is good. Years past I wasn't recording any meals or exercises, but since starting this Fat Secret it is real easy and it gives you a good look at what is going in and working off your body. So if we have a flat week or two you can look back at the foods and exercises you did. If you find that your diet and exercise were good, maybe your body has adapt and have to make changes to your diet and exercise routine. That is important to feel good about yourself as this is the way to success. With confidence the better we feel. Giving the people around us more confidence this is all good. Have a GREAT DAY.
