I can wait until it's nice out again. I was running 3-5 mi x 3 days a week. Now it's too cold and dark and snowy for me in the morning before work. Even though some of the ppl in the running group still are doing their runs with ice things on their sneaks I'm not that hard core a runner.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I remember many years ago I was running with a friend. I lived in frigid Minnesota then. We would met at the high school at 5:00 am. I think there was an unspoken competition between us on who was "the toughest or the craziest." I remember one snowy morning it was 18 degrees below zero. I was in shock that she showed up. I had forgotten how nutty I was back then. Now .... 40 degrees is too cold. Have a good day buddy!
