You just have to laugh....weighed in on Monday night (that's when I registered)...so got up this morning and weighed...down 4 pounds. The computer politely let me know that 4 pounds is not healthy. (LOL) However, if I continue to lose at that rate I will be at my goal in 3 weeks. YAYYYYY. Again, not possible. So it will be a loooong 3 weeks. Felt good about yesterday. Today is my long day - tutoring, BB games, Praise team practice....home about 8:30.....grocery store is gone - although the Dollar General is there.....have no cash so can't go to the Diner. Should carry some just for days like this....Pray this will be a successful day for me as I seek to lower my weight and my cholesterol.
