Mornin' All!
Plan is on track and all is well. Busy day ahead which is always the case before a holiday. Everyone thinks they have to have everything today, like Tuesday is not fast enough? I am taking off Friday and Tuesday so stretching the holiday to 5 days off.
Going to the local po-dunk parade on Sunday here in town. Hopefully the weather holds out and we can get the garden planted and get in some good bike time as well. Time to haul out the BBQ grill for "summer food".

Was busy all morning here too. Hope you can get your garden in. My Father (from NY) always planted his garden on Memorial Day.

The pasta bar at lunch got the best of me today. I did eat a little whole wheat penne, but enjoyed it and stayed within the boundries of macro nutrients for the day. Hope the scale doesn't hurt me too much tomorrow am. Finally getting in to see my doc tomorrow am after a snafu on the blood test scheduling last week. Can't wait to see the blood work results as I am down about 10 lbs since last seeing her for that. Will report tomorrow!!

Your plans for a long weekend sound wonderful. Let's hope you have cooperative weather! Your doctor is sure to be very pleased with your 10 missing pounds! You are doing so well. Keep up the good work!

Babs, sure hope you enjoy your weekend and parade. Our BBW pit never gets put away...we bbq and grill all winter long, even in the snow. We bbq in sub zero temps. At least it allows you to warm your hands! lol Have fun! Big hugs!
