Today is day 1 of an egg fast (four day fast). Doesn't feel like a fast. I'm getting to eat eggs every few hours. I had two fat coffee's today. I get one more meal in an hour.

My weight is slowly creeping back up, I hope with this fast I can drop a few pounds. I plan to egg or fat fast every week, but just for a few days. Then follow it with three days of eating nummy foods. I seem to be stuck in 200 ville. LOL. Ugh. I got close to One-derland 202, but that was in December. That is what I get for purposely taking time out from my WOE. No more cheating. I want to break into the one hundreds.

I'm doing low carb, high fat. I like it. I love that I can have cheese, jalapenos, any meat, pizza toppings, sour cream, ranch dressing... I guess if I couldn't have pizza toppings it would be super hard to do this WOE. I'm finding new meals to have that are exciting and have zero carbs. Eating out is no problem. If its not on the menu I create meals from what they do make. At Applesbees I have them make me a fully loaded chicken breast made with bacon, cheese, and sourcream. Side of broccoli with melted butter and side salad without croutons. Its amazing.

I should shut up..lol. I'm in a fast and I'm making myself hungry! LOL.. iya yaiiee..
