I noticed that my protein went up yesterday. This is good. been trying to do this. Weight is staying the same. Should change this week. Went to the store. Did 1 load of laundry. I limit myself to 1 doughnut a month and it was today. Boy! did it taste good. Have 1 again next month. Noticed the protein was up again?
